Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation:
1.100% of the deposit is refunded for cancellations made up to 30 days prior to the arranged check in date.
2.The deposit is not refundable for cancellations under 29 days prior to the arranged check in date.
In case of no show there is a 100% charge of the total amount of the reservation. The same policy applies for check in after 23:59 on the
arranged check in day.
Deposit Policy
According to the regulation of the HTO, in order for a reservation to be confirmed, a deposit of the 30% of the total cost of the reservation is
necessary.

- a) Bank transfer
- b) Credit card
Upon deposit payment, you will receive the confirmation of your reservation. In case that we will not receive a deposit within 3 working days the reservation is cancelled automatically.

Check out: 11:00
Late check out upon request.
In case of late Check out from 11:00 until 18:00: 50% charge of the agreed price of the night
Check out after 18:00: 100% charge of the agreed price of the night
